Terms of Service
Last updated: February 24, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Payloader ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Payloader is a webhook inspection and debugging platform. We provide unique URLs that receive HTTP requests, store the payloads, and provide tools for analysis, search, replay, and notification.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Store sensitive payment card data (PCI DSS scope) in webhook payloads when avoidable
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
- Use the Service to relay spam, malware, or phishing content
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the platform's resources
- Resell access to the Service without prior written consent
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all webhook data processed through Payloader. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data. We process it solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Your free trial does not require a credit card and automatically expires after 14 days.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Payloader's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our retention policies.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
