How delivery works
Payloader saves every webhook before it answers the sender. If it cannot save one, the sender gets an error and retries, so nothing is accepted and then dropped. Forwards that fail are retried for a little over two days, and a recovery check every five minutes picks up any that were interrupted.
A destination that is down is not shown here as an outage, since that is your app's side. You can see each attempt on the event's page.
