Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (stored as a secure hash).
Webhook data: We store the webhook payloads, headers, and metadata that are sent to your Payloader endpoints. This data belongs to you and is processed solely to provide the service.
Usage data: We collect basic analytics such as page views and feature usage to improve the product. We do not use third-party tracking scripts.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Payloader service
- Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, notifications you configure)
- Process payments through Stripe (we never store your card details)
- Monitor and prevent abuse of the service
3. Data Retention
Webhook data is retained according to your plan: 90 days (Developer), 1 year (Team), or unlimited (Business). When data exceeds your retention window, it is permanently deleted. You can also delete individual requests or bulk-delete by date range at any time.
4. Data Security
We protect your data with:
- TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Encrypted database storage at rest
- API keys stored as SHA-256 hashes (never in plaintext)
- Passwords hashed with industry-standard algorithms
- Role-based access controls within workspaces
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe for payment processing
- Postmark for transactional email delivery
- Sentry for error monitoring (no personal data is sent)
- Fly.io for infrastructure hosting
We do not sell your data to any third party.
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Access and export your webhook data at any time
- Delete your webhook data at any time
- Delete your account by contacting us
- Request a copy of all data we hold about you
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for authentication and CSRF protection. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service.
